BB Il Mosaico

Paulo, the manager, was always smiling and very helpful, and breakfast had lots of variety. The hotel is stylish and modern, with free parking, and we liked that pets are welcome. We stayed two nights over Christmas. The room did need some care, though: paint was peeling from the ceiling in several places, and black mold covered the area beneath the full width of the windowsill. Fixing those maintenance problems would make this a perfect stay.

We had a lovely lakeside path for enjoying the views, and the old town was about a 25-minute walk away. There’s also a local shuttle bus. Paolo and his staff made the visit feel special, welcoming my family and me like we were at home from arrival through departure. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and there was a pool and guest parking. Breakfast was included, and the restaurant was excellent, all at a fair price.

The food was delicious, and the staff were all so warm and kind. My wife has a gluten allergy, and they made sure she was accommodated. Paulo was especially thoughtful and made us very comfortable, even bringing dinner up to our room when our baby was fussy. We were there with our toddler, and the hospitality went beyond what we expected. 10/10!

A friendly, clean B&B with the usual amenities, and a great place to use as a base for exploring Lake Garda’s southern shore. It’s a short walk from the bustle and crowds in central Sirmione.
