We had a really comfortable, relaxing stay and would happily come back. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with eggs, bacon, pastries, cereal, fruit, cold cuts, cheese, and platters that were kept replenished. The pool was superb too, crystal clear, with enough loungers and umbrellas for everyone, plus a spacious, clean area and a good bar for drinks and snacks. Our room had a big balcony, working air conditioning, and crisp white sheets and towels. It was cleaned daily, with the towels and linen changed each day. The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. The staff were courteous, kind, and helpful, and the lake is within walking distance. I can highly recommend the hotel.

The best thing about the hotel was how short the walk to the “Beach” was. We stayed at holiday residense for four days, though, and the service really spoiled the experience. The rooms were okay, but our sink broke and had to be fixed twice during those four days. Our room description promised “a big terrasse,” but the one we got was very small, and we paid the same as guests with the larger ones. That didn’t feel like good service. Breakfast was also disappointing compared with other hotels we’ve stayed at in Italy, and we struggled to find parking on almost every day.

The breakfast buffet stood out for me, everything was really fresh. We stayed in a recently renovated room and everything was fine. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice. For the price, the quality matches completely. We’ll probably come back.

Whenever I think of my holidays in Italy, this is the best one I've had. The rooms are all new and have everything needed, and the breakfast is incredible, served in the best Italian traditions. You can also use the bicycles whenever you want and spend time riding into the nearest city. The location is perfect too, not far from A4. If you’re in Desenzano, you ought to stay at this hotel 😎
