I’d seen the good reviews and can confirm the hotel is really good. It’s small, but has a nice atmosphere and is very clean. We had a great stay and especially liked the breakfast, with plenty of choices. The spot is ideal for a quiet holiday, while the lake is still an easy walk away.

The beach is about 800m away, and you can walk or cycle there. There are hotel bikes to use, or you can leave your own bike on the property. Cycling around the area to Sirmione, Peschiera, Desenzona, Salo, or Lazise makes for an easy day out, though Italy’s cycle paths could use improvement or are missing, so you have to ride on the road. We had a wonderful stay in a lovely room with a balcony, the "Blue Notte" Blue Night. The little hotel looks new or freshly renovated and is in very good condition. The furnishings all seem thoughtfully coordinated. It’s up to date, with code cards for both the entrance and the room, plus free, good wifi. The people running this cozy hotel were so friendly that we felt at home. The lake is within walking distance, and it’s easy to bike around the area. They also rent bikes. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We loved this charming hotel, with all the little details taken care of. In Mid July '21, it cost less than other Sirmione hotels while still keeping its standards high. The rooms were spotless and full of technology, which we liked, and the staff were friendly and very supportive. Free bikes were handy for exploring the Sirmione coastline. A rare pearl at Lake Garda!
