Residence Fiore Rosso

The staff were very friendly, and being only a 3-minute walk from the lake made our stay even nicer. We were there with our 4-month-old baby and medium-sized dog, and found the residence very suitable. The garden was fenced, though with a dog I would have preferred a fence between it and the other apartment so we could feel safe.

A wonderful stay. Daniela at reception was very polite and helpful, and I’ll definitely come back next year. :)

The bathroom setup was awkward for me. There was no proper mirror outside the bathroom, and the one in there was mounted too high to use comfortably for makeup. The shower was cramped, and its head wouldn't stay in place, so I had to secure it with tape. I also noticed flies around the ceiling light, which didn't feel hygienic. The room itself was clean, but rather small and dim, and without curtains I couldn't get privacy unless I shut the blinds completely.

The apartment's location near the center was its best feature, but it didn't make up for the rest of the stay. Dust was everywhere, and there were insects and flies. The pillows were so uncomfortable they affected my sleep. Although the apartment wasn't actually small, its layout made it feel airless and unwelcoming. There were no curtains for privacy or to control the light, and the shower screen kept coming loose, so I patched it with tape. There's a lot that needs improving.
