I arrived five minutes before my massage, only to have the receptionist, an older lady with glasses, bluntly tell me they’d given my appointment to someone else because they didn’t have my name. I had provided all the details they asked for when booking. She didn’t apologize and said I should have called ten minutes beforehand to confirm. I’ve never had customer service this poor anywhere in Lago di Garda. Training in customer care is needed. A quick apology and an offer to rebook would have been enough to save the situation. I won’t go back.

The pool was clean, with sun loungers around it, and 140 cm at its deepest. The hotel was clean throughout, with rooms cleaned and fresh towels each day. Breakfast had a really wide selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our air conditioning didn’t work for the first three days, when it was 37 degrees outside, but started working properly on the fourth. The bathroom dryer was weak, suitable only for short or thin hair, so bring your own if your hair is long and thick. Still, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and really worth it.

I loved staying here. Emilio at reception was fantastic and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. He’s a real credit to the hotel.

The room was very big and great value for money in the off season. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

A perfect garden and swimming pool, with a beautiful, super comfortable suite. A great spot for events or a relaxing weekend.
