Breakfast was the same stale food each morning, with hardly any choice. My room had no shampoo or other amenities, and the bed was full of insects, so I couldn’t sleep during my stay. The room wasn’t clean, and the sheets and towels were changed only once every two days. The quality of Solofra Palace Hotel was extremely low. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

We arrived in the afternoon really hungry, and the pool staff kindly put together a vegetarian plate for my family. They clearly wanted us to be looked after and kept at it until we’d been fed. The decor felt a bit outdated and the electrical system was a little funky, but our one-night stay at Solofra Palace Hotel was pleasant. I really appreciated how accommodating the staff were.

The pool was freezing, and breakfast was really disappointing. It got a little better when there was a wedding, which made it seem like they didn’t think much of their guests. I’ve stayed here before, but this time the room quality was poor. The air conditioning was tucked in the corner and about as useful as a hair dryer. Not a great stay.

Good Italian food and a nice location made this a nice place to stay. The hotel was very good, easy to find, and had plenty of services.
