The hotel is peaceful, with friendly, helpful staff, excellent meals, and a lovely pool. I didn’t try the spa, but it was recommended. The rooms and hotel were clean and tidy, and the price and service make it easy to recommend. The setting is the main drawback: it’s in a suburban industrial area without much of a view, and getting into Verona can be a bit of a hassle. There’s a free shuttle to the city, airport, and train station, but book ahead because places are limited. The last shuttle back leaves at 19.30, so keep that in mind if you want to be out in Verona at night. A taxi costs about 30 Euros.

The staff were great, always friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was warm, and the sauna and steam room were good too. Breakfast had a nice selection, and the clean bedroom was a decent size, though basic. It’s near the motorway and not a scenic spot, but it works well as a base for Verona and the airport. The free shuttle to the centre and airport was well organized and on time.

We spent my birthday here with family, including young adults and two older adults, and the spa suited everyone. The food was great, and the pool area was a relaxing place to spend time. Natalia, Paulino, Claudio, Sergio and Gian Franco really made the stay memorable. They greeted us with smiles morning and night, and were professional and accommodating while still being warm and kind. A wonderful stay, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is a handy base for Verona, and there’s a regular shuttle into town. Verona itself felt relaxed and full of history, with plenty of reasonably priced restaurants and bars. It could also work well for trips farther afield to Venice, Milan, and lake guarda. At the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a fantastic range, and the cappuccino was the best. The pool had lots of sunbeds, and I had an amazing full body hot stone massage. The location is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

The restaurant served very good quality food with a good range, and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast was varied, especially the cakes and doughnuts at the weekend. The pool was relaxing and, surprisingly, not noisy despite being near the airport. The hotel is close to the airport and road links, and offers a free shuttle to the train station and Verona centre. Book ahead because it can get busy. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I’d come back. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, though they could use an update, especially the pink bathroom. The blinds block all the light, so leave them slightly open if you want to wake up naturally. The town is quiet in the daytime and has a local pizza restaurant nearby. We went in August, when lots of places were closed.
