We spent a week here and had a lovely time. The people were incredibly kind, and breakfast was nice, especially being able to order fresh coffee. Our room felt a bit small with all our luggage, and the toilet seat in the bathroom kept slipping out of place. Apart from that, no complaints. We had a lovely view of the river and hills, and the city is easy to explore on foot. Great location!

My first-floor room faced the stream running through town. Its steady sound was soothing, though you can shut the window if you don’t enjoy that kind of white noise. The windows are high quality and soundproof. Everything worked, including the A/C, and the room was spotless. Breakfast had plenty of options. There’s a secure underground garage for motorcycles, and the people here ride themselves.

We only stayed one night, but had a great experience. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included and very good. The location was excellent. I’d book here again if we’re back in the area.

The secure garage under the hotel was a real bonus on our European motorbike tour. The father and son both ride, and looked after the bikes for us. We were three people staying one night. The rooms were very clean, breakfast decent, and the location was great, with a wonderful restaurant just across the river. Well worth a stay, and I’m sure we’ll return on another trip.
