Whenever we visit Sondrio, we stay at the Piazzi House. We always look forward to coming back and have never been disappointed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the comforts of home, and the staff go out of their way to meet your needs.

The staff were friendly and the location was great. We stayed three nights, but even though we put out the sign asking for room cleaning, no housekeeper came. Quite a few things in the room didn’t make sense. We couldn’t use both stoves at once because they drew too much power, and the electricity for the whole room switched off.

The rooms are large and convenient, and the host was very helpful. They also gave us some really good suggestions for things to do in Sondrio.

Alessio welcomed us at midnight and took the time to show us around and explain what we needed to know. He even suggested a good place for breakfast. The service was excellent, and I’d certainly stay here again when in Sondrio.

A warm, comfortable flat for a winter night. Alessio at reception was very kind and suggested a nice local restaurant.
