The apartments are pleasant and practical, set among greenery with lovely mountain views. Mrs. Martina runs the residence and was kind and professional, making us feel at home. A fantastic spot for five days of hiking and unwinding.

The big garden and the views make this a wonderful place to relax or go hiking. It's spotless, the welcome is warm, and the owner is always available. The cable car to Bolzano and the historic train are only steps away, handy for getting around the plateau. A little paradise.

We arrived by train in Bolzano, then took the very convenient cable car to Soprabolzano in 12 minutes, so we could plan the whole holiday without a car. Our lovely host picked us up by car, sparing us a short but somewhat uphill walk. The apartment was small, spotless and practical, and the garden around the property is beautiful and spacious. Our dog loved it. Many thanks to signora Martina for such a warm welcome. We hope we can stay with her again.

I spent six nights in the "Rosa" apartment. It was immaculate and had a great view, but Mrs. Martina's generous, kind hospitality is what really made me want to come back. I'd definitely recommend staying with her.

Mrs. Ramoser was a very friendly host, and we'd be happy to return. Our top-floor apartment was quiet and spotless, with a balcony view across the mountains toward Seiser Alm. The garden had comfortable seats and loungers, just right for taking it easy. There were four of us and our dog, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Lärchenhäusl. Thank you so much.
