The care around food allergies was remarkable. The hotel asked about my wife’s and child’s allergies, then left each of them a separate menu every morning with different meal choices. The food was delicious, which isn’t always the case with allergy-friendly options, and the desserts seemed freshly baked by the hotel. If allergies make travel difficult for you too, this is a great place to stay. We spent a week here in winter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious enough by local standards, clean, and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, and each person had both a firm and a soft pillow. The wellness area was clean and thoughtfully arranged. Kids can get a little loud, which is normal in Italy, but staff keep an eye on things and maintain order. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We’ll be back.

Breakfast and dinner were good, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and well furnished, though on the small side, and the wellness area was decent. It’s a cosy little hotel near several ski areas. There’s a ski bus stop right outside, but the timetable is so limited that in practice you need to drive. Good value for money.
