Bristol

We walked into town in about 10 minutes each day, and the pool and other shared areas looked well cared for, with fantastic views all around. Breakfast had plenty of lovely options, though we only found out on our third morning that eggs could be ordered when we saw someone with poached eggs. Our room was spacious and comfortable but a bit dated, and the views were amazing. The jacuzzi wouldn’t fill, which was disappointing since it was a key reason we booked that room. Staff handled it straight away, acted professionally, and offered several ways to address it. We appreciated the effort. Hotel Bristol gave us great service and a wonderful stay in Sorrento, and I’d recommend it.

We were sad to leave and will definitely come back. The VIEW was stunning, and Alessio and Andrea at the bar were the best bartenders, friendly, attentive, and great at making drinks. Breakfast was our favorite part of the day, with top-notch dining room service. The hotel’s classic, elegant decor was beautiful, and its location was perfect. Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. The lounge and bar were lovely too. Thanks to everyone for such a memorable stay xo.

We had a fantastic room with a great view, and the service was friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. The hotel sits on a cliffside, but it’s still an easy 10-minute walk to the heart of town. Valet parking is available. I’d stay here again.

We reached the town center in less than 10 minutes on foot, and the bay views from this elegant hotel were fantastic. The reception team was efficient and welcoming, and communication was easy. The restaurant really stood out: maitre Luca led a professional team of Gian-Luca, Carmine and Vincenzo, who were enthusiastic, elegantly dressed, and provided the kind of service you rarely see outside movies. Chef Giovanni’s food was beautifully presented and showed high standards in both ingredients and kitchen skill. They exceeded even an experienced traveler’s expectations. If you’re going to Sorrento, this is the place to stay.
