We had a very comfortable bed, and the in-room coffee machine was a nice extra. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a kitchenette and balcony, and it was a short walk to central Sorrento. A couple of things weren’t sorted out during our four-night stay. The door to the apartment area was fussy and often took several tries to unlock. We also reported on arrival that the shower wasn’t draining properly and asked for more shampoo and soap, but neither issue was resolved.

We loved spending time on the balcony, either with morning coffee or a book after sightseeing. The apartment was cleaned every day and stayed spotless. Big thanks to Mrs. Nadia, Mrs. Ilaria and Mrs. Nunzia for all their work. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette had what our family of four needed. Coffee pods, jam and crackers were waiting for us, a thoughtful touch. We stayed six nights in a quiet spot just five minutes on foot from central Sorrento. It made a great base for Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Check-in went smoothly, and replies to our questions came quickly throughout. We also used the pool at the neighbouring hotel. It was quite expensive, €50 for two adults and two children, but we knew beforehand it wasn’t included with the apartment and that the hotel set the price. We fell in love with Sorrento and would gladly stay here again when we return.

Nadia was quick to deal with the air conditioning leak on the night we arrived. We checked in late, around 8:30 or 9 pm, and when I messaged her she replied straight away and got it fixed fast. The towels were always fresh and clean, and we made breakfast each day with eggs and coffee in the mini kitchenette. Amazing, 11/10. Grazie Nadia!

It’s a small hotel with five rooms and friendly, flexible staff. They arranged our arrival with us and took our bags before check-in time. It can be hard to find, so make sure to communicate with the manager beforehand.
