Breakfast was good, especially the women cooking and serving it, and the staff were always cheerful and quick to sort out problems. Still, we found ourselves having to raise a few things. Our room faced the street, which had more traffic than we expected from the website. We asked about a quieter room, but none was free that first night. They looked into it and offered us another room for the rest of the stay, but we kept ours because it was larger and felt roomier. We got used to the noise with the shutters closed and white noise on our phones. We were cold the first night because the bed only had a sheet, with no duvet or blanket in the room. In the morning, staff said a blanket should have been there, so it had been missed when they prepared the room. They said we could have called the night manager, and they fixed it quickly that day. The mini bar Prosecco was flat and tasted like vinegar. The replacement was less flat but still tasted strange, and I suspect those mini bottles were old and a different brand from the large bottle that had been fine. Reception agreed not to charge us. Someone brought another bottle shortly after, but we were heading to dinner and declined. The woman who came didn’t speak English, so had to call someone to translate. It wasn’t a big deal, but it delayed us getting ready. We stayed five nights. The location in the heart of town is handy for the station and ferry port. The toiletries came in recyclable plastic pouches, and we got a small bar of soap; refillable bottles and liquid soap would have looked nicer in the bathroom. It’s a well-located hotel, and better checks on bedding and regular replacement of mini bar items would improve it.

The outdoor patio was a lovely place to unwind after exploring Sorrento, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. There was a great variety, everything was fresh and nicely presented, and the staff were happy to prepare something special when asked. The team were kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room at Maison Il Conservatorio was much nicer than we expected, with lovely design, modern amenities, and plenty of natural light and fresh air from the large windows. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay, and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

The breakfast had an outstanding range, and everything was delicious. Staff were friendly, reception was open 24 hours, and they also offered a cooking class if you signed up in advance. The location was perfect, just steps from the elevator or stairs to the port and from the main streets. We liked the blue tiles more than expected. The pictures made them seem like a bit much, but in person they looked pleasant and gave the room character. Our superior room faced the street. Since it was on a low floor, people could see inside, so we kept the windows closed most of the time for privacy. It didn’t bother us much. We’d definitely stay again, highly recommend it.

The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic. They even packed us a breakfast when we had to leave before the buffet opened. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in Sorrento.

The rooms were beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredible. Salvatore was especially helpful during our stay, and he’s super nice and friendly. Absolutely wonderful hotel. I’d stay here again ❤️
