We especially appreciated Alessandra at the front desk, who was consistently kind and ready to help with questions or anything we needed. After train delays caused us to miss an excursion and arrive late, the reception team offered a discount on the late check-in fee. The woman who helped us that evening was very pleasant, though I can't remember her name. That care made us feel welcome and supported. The hotel is a small, modern place with just 11 rooms, a little beyond Sorrento's busy center but still close enough to reach the main sights easily. It felt calm and relaxing. Each room has its own character, and many have lovely views. The design has a contemporary Sicilian influence, with real thought put into the lighting, colors, textures, furnishings, and materials. The whole place feels cohesive and carefully made. The air conditioning also worked very well in the summer heat. Breakfast was good and filling, with a nice balance of protein and carbohydrates. The menu stayed the same during our visit, but the quality was consistent. The hotel lives up to its category and then some. We'd happily return to the area and stay again.

The rooms are lovely, with striking Italian tiles, big beds, and a wonderful tub. The Piazza is an easy walk away. What made my stay especially nice was the staff. Alessandra was always on top of things, friendly and professional, and the desk team gave me useful tips more than once that made navigating and following my itinerary easier. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh quiche, eggs, pastries, and plenty more. Margherita, the cook, greeted everyone with a warm smile and made sure guests were happy. I highly recommend staying here.

From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and close to everything, with spacious, clean rooms and fun touches of color in the decor. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. We'll definitely come back.

We booked the Deluxe Junior Suite and had a roomy space with a large terrace, equipped with everything we needed both inside and outside. Breakfast was delicious and changed a little each morning. The staff were so friendly, and the location worked well, near both the center and the railway station. A great base for a Sorrento vacation. I wish we could've stayed longer.
