We stayed at Hotel Minerva for three nights from 16th May. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Since we had an early trip, they opened the breakfast restaurant a little earlier for us. Our room was clean and spacious, and the food and drinks were lovely. The pool area was clean and well situated. We also asked to keep the room longer because our flight home was later that evening, and they let us do so free of charge since there were no bookings the next day. Strongly recommend.

We were so happy with our choice of Hotel Minerva. The views, food, and rooms all have their own character and soul. The people working there are held to a high standard, but they're also kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

The balcony was the highlight, and the room was spacious and spotless. The building is made of stone, built into a stone cliff, with tiled floors, so street noise can carry a bit. Still worth it. The showers got hot right away and had great pressure, and the beds were very comfortable for us, as we like a firm mattress. The pool was lovely, with a poolside snack bar and kind, attentive staff. It's about a 15-20 minute walk downhill to the town centre. The staff felt like a family and worked hard to make sure we had what we needed. They made dinner reservations and arranged a car to the airport.

The hotel staff made us feel at home and special, and the service was great. We ate in Sorrento several times, but the hotel's dinners were better. The food was divine, the view spectacular, and the hotel was charming and well maintained. We had an amazing time at Hotel Minerva, and I can't recommend it enough.

Each morning we had incredible views from our balcony. The location was great, and the service, food, and amenities were all very good. We'd love to come back.
