The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean. We had a really good time, and they did their best to arrange the room we wanted. There was fresh coffee each morning from the capsule machine. Having a balcony with a place to hang laundry was very practical for our multi-day trip.

Apartments One made our wedding anniversary one to remember. We stayed in August, and the staff were friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. The apartment was lovely, right in central Sorrento on a main street lined with little shops and restaurants. It’s also handy for the ferry port and day trips to Capri. On our first afternoon, we grabbed a pizza and lemon spritz at the restaurant underneath the apartments. It was so delicious!

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect, with everything easy to reach on foot. The staff were helpful and very nice. Breakfast had lots of good options.

Breakfast was tasty and healthy, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and classy. The staff at Sorrento Apartments One were lovely and made us feel welcome. They also gave us some great tips for exploring during our stay. A fantastic visit.

The room was spacious, clean, and could have slept four with its pull-out couch. Service was great, the price was reasonable, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helped carry our luggage inside. We spent two awesome nights here and would definitely stay again. You’re right in the heart of Sorrento, less than five minutes from the center and under ten minutes from the port. Parking was about a ten-minute walk away and cost €25 a night, which we were fine with.
