A beautiful, peaceful spot, with a great view and stellar food. The staff were warm, and everyone spoke English.

This is real agritourism, with comfortable flats and good rooms. The owners cook everything themselves, and do it very well. The landscape is gorgeous, there's a pool and Wi-Fi, and dogs are allowed in the flats. It's nearly at the top of a hill near Siena, handy for hiking, cycling and horse riding, and for heading to Chianti, Crete, Siena, Maremma and Val d'Orcia.

We had excellent dinner and a very warm welcome from the owners. The property is surrounded by nature in a stunning, peaceful location. We set off from here on lovely road bike rides around Siena, then came back to relax and cool off in the pool.

The whole family is so friendly and helpful, and really makes you feel at home. I stayed at Taverna Celsa for a cycling holiday, and the atmosphere was family-friendly. The pool is amazing, and the bread with homemade plum jam was delicious. I highly recommend it.

We were there for work, for a wedding reception at Celsa Castle, and everything was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent and the pool amazing. The owners were friendly and very courteous. See you next time.
