When we arrived at Piazza del Mercato in Spoleto, the apartment owner tried to charge us an extra 40€ for the sofa bed, at 10€ per night per child. Now he's trying to charge another 80€, claiming we damaged that same sofa. I've never had to deal with anything like this before. The owner is definitely dishonest, and I'm pretty sure he tries this with every customer. Yours sincerely, Joachim Lacrosse (Booking.com Genius 3 customer)
