Domenico is a wonderful owner, always ready to help and share information about Spoleto and the surrounding area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, functional, and had everything we needed. The building is quiet and has an elevator, plus wheelchair-accessible stairs. It’s a short walk from the historic center and linked to the automated route to Rocca Albornoziana and Spoleto Cathedral. There’s plenty of parking in Piazza Garibaldi below. If you’re staying in Spoleto, don’t miss this place.
