The owner was very kind, and the property was clean and sensibly organized. Our simple room had all the comforts, with parking in the courtyard right outside. It’s only a few hundred meters from Spoleto’s historic center, about a 10-minute walk or 2 minutes by car. The location also works well for exploring nearby towns, since the main road is just meters away.

We had a spacious, clean room for five, with everything we needed, even for a light breakfast. The hotel itself is new and well maintained. Its location is handy for the highway exit and for reaching the parking lot by the old city. We also appreciated the indoor parking, which is locked at night.

The owner was very kind and welcoming. It’s a brand-new room rental, well served though outside the center. A small breakfast is set out on the desk. Parking is about a five-minute walk away, then elevators and escalators take you up to the city center.

The service was impeccable, with housekeeping, a kettle for coffee and herbal tea, and a minibar. The rooms are completely new and spacious, with new furniture and a very large bathroom. (The review repeated this same description twice.)

Everything you need is already in the room. The huge bed and especially the enormous shower made it a fantastic stay, and the price and location are top-notch. I’d give the service three stars only because there’s no need for more. I’ll stay here again next time I stop in Spoleto. Thanks!
