Set in the countryside but still close to the center of Spoleto, this lovely terraced house came with private parking and all the comforts we needed. Nunzio was a very friendly host.

Nunzio was friendly and helpful, and the house is beautifully laid out and furnished with taste. It has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, balconies, and a lovely garden. There’s air conditioning and fans upstairs too. It’s a great spot for a quiet holiday or even a weekend, close to Spoleto and the highway, so it’s easy to find. There’s also a fabulous pastry shop nearby that serves pizza, a lovely bonus. Highly recommended, especially for anyone like me who visits Spoleto often. Kudos to Nunzio!

The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful. The house is part of a row of terraced homes, with a large garden at the back. It’s spread over two floors: downstairs there’s a spacious living room with sofas and a TV, plus the kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single. Recommended.

A great base for exploring Spoleto and the surrounding area. The villa is spacious and clean, with large rooms, and it’s easy to get to. It works well for a small group of friends or two couples.

A really spacious, beautiful house, well suited to families or groups of friends. Spoleto is close by, the owner is kind and helpful, and the price is very fair. Highly recommended!! 🤙🏼
