The owners were very kind, and the free private parking was excellent. It’s just 2-3 minutes on foot from the center and the sea. The studio was comfortable and very clean, with a large bathroom. The kitchen also had tablecloths, cleaning products, dish towels, and paper towels. Highly recommended.

June 2025 We loved the little terrace and the quiet, well-kept outdoor area. The property has excellent internal parking, and everything was immaculately clean. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the historic center, with its charming lanes and all sorts of bars and shops, including a butcher, greengrocer, bakery, ice cream shop, and little stores selling delicious local specialties 😋. The sea and Spotorno’s beautiful public and private beaches are about 5 minutes away on foot, and they’re clean and well cared for. We stayed for two nights with my family in a beautiful studio apartment. It was new and thoughtfully maintained, with every comfort, from dishes, tablecloths, and cutlery to sheets and bathroom linens. The owner was so kind and courteous, always smiling, and made us feel at home. A fabulous stay, and we’ll definitely return. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! With love, M. I’d stay here again, but I expected a bit more. The booking and reception staff were very kind and helpful, and the parking was convenient and essential. The central location works well for beaches and shops, though being between the main road and houses felt more like being in town than at the seaside. It reminded me a little of a retirement home. The studio was simple, rather bare, and clean, with a new kitchen. A few details had been missed: dirt on the wall after an air-conditioning repair, damaged bathroom door jambs, and a loose shower drain. Small things, but they affected the impression. A few easy fixes could raise the rating. Breakfast would be a welcome addition, even as an extra. For me, it was an average stay.
