We had a perfect stay and a warm welcome. The huge terrace, spotless apartment, and facilities were all great. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the mattress was excellent. They were very helpful with suggestions for things to do nearby. I can only recommend the place, and we’ll be back!

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the place is close to both the beach and town center. A wonderful host.

Francesco gave us useful suggestions for restaurants and beaches to visit, which we appreciated. We had a lovely, relaxing weekend at Villa Ombrosa. Our room looked out over the sea, and the sound of the waves was a soothing way to fall asleep. Thanks for everything!

The studio apartments are basic, though some come with magnificent terraces. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the prices are in line with Ligurian standards. The location is excellent, right on the seafront in central Spotorno.

The owners were kind, friendly, and helpful, and the property was very comfortable. The rooms had all the essentials, and I especially appreciated the very comfortable mattress. A good night’s sleep matters a lot to me, so I thought it was an excellent choice. Thanks for everything, Francesco. My sister and I hope we can come back as your guests soon.
