The owner was so welcoming and full of life, and the hotel was great. I'll be back for years to come!

We only booked one night, but I wish we could've stayed three or four. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly, and it's a great base for excursions and visits around the area. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The guesthouse only offers bookings with breakfast, unfortunately. It was simple but clean, and inexpensive even during ski season. The Trafoi ski area isn't huge, but it's got everything, with no queues and plenty of runs up and down. Perfect for families!

Be careful with the distance they advertise to Bormio. It looks like only 30 km if you can cross the Stelvio Pass, but the pass is closed from October to June and the alternative route through Switzerland is 170 km. Nobody explained that while I was booking, and I only realized after it was too late. I asked to cancel and get a refund just 10 minutes after booking, but the woman who replied said she had three children to support and wasn't going to cancel reservations made under this deception. She also said: "Look, I receive many calls asking me to cancel the reservation for the same reason as you. If I were to refund all these reservations, it would mean I could close the business." That ignores the fact that she is keeping money without providing a service. The price looks very competitive in searches, but in my view the way the property is presented is a scam. Her replies make it sound like many people have been caught out this way. I've filed a complaint with the Italian Consumers' Federation (Federconsumatori). Honesty and loyalty seem to be missing from this business. If you don't want to waste money, stay away.
