The place is on the third floor and there's no elevator. The mattress might as well have been missing, and there wasn't even a bath mat. I barely slept because the rooms face the main road, and the old windows, with glass that looked 50 years old, didn't keep out the noise. Breakfast was made up of products from Eurospin, and the other guests' rooms were out of milk. When I raised the issue with the owner and left a negative review on Booking.com, she mocked me, saying most people would book with her anyway because my review was a one-off. I'm posting photos of the breakfast and our conversation. There was no professionalism at all.

The historic building is on the third floor, and the apartment was very quiet despite being so central. There's paid parking practically 20 meters away. The place is spacious and has EVERYTHING, including a large bathroom with a shower and all the comforts. Breakfast supplies included a coffee machine, milk cartons, assorted snacks, water, and yogurt. There was a TV with Netflix and Disney+, air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

On the third floor of a period building, this is a charming place I'd recommend to anyone visiting Sassari. The kitchen had all the cookware needed, plus a fridge, microwave, and kettle. It was fully equipped, and I found everything there for breakfast, naturally pre-packaged under the current COVID regulations. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities. There was also a TV with Netflix Prime and Disney Plus.
