The all-inclusive setup was superb, with excellent food and drinks. The hotel sits right beside one of the slopes at Solda, a small ski resort that’s well maintained.

If you’re planning a visit before November 2025, be aware that the 'paradies' hotel is under construction. Bookings made there are being placed instead at their sister hotel, 'pension', down the road. I’m hoping this saves someone the mistake I made. Pensions is a lovely hotel, though, with lovely staff, and I absolutely recommend it.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. We booked two days at a four-star hotel, but the place we were given was very bad. We couldn’t stay and asked for our money back, but they refused. They said the four-star hotel was under construction and that the hotel we got was owned by the same people. The receptionist was only a worker and said he couldn’t help; his boss refused even to cancel the second night. We found a better hotel for a better price. The owner and staff’s whole drama made it feel like they wanted us to make a mistake.

The renovated rooms are fantastic, with a lovely mix of wood and modern materials, and the view of Ortler is stunning. We also found the staff at reception and in the restaurant very friendly. The food was exceptional, with plenty of choices each night, and every dish we tried was fantastic. If you’re staying in Solda, this is definitely a place to go.

The restaurant had a really nice atmosphere, and the menu was delicious. The hotel was clean and well laid out, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that our balcony was right outside the pool drainpipe, which made a lot of noise.
