Mr Maid at reception was welcoming and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a huge TV, and stayed quiet despite being soundproofed near the highway. There’s a good fenced parking lot, and the hotel is modern and well kept. I was there for one night after a terrible Ryanair delay. Despite the hotel’s name, it isn’t that close to the airport, and each trip there and back will cost about 40€. The hotel feels quite isolated. The Mall is an easy walk away, but getting there means going through a very long, dark underpass. I left too early to try breakfast, and couldn’t have dinner since the restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Parking outside is free, which is a nice plus. The breakfast buffet has a good mix of Italian and Continental options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a good standard hotel without any standout pros or cons. Being near the highway means there’s constant noise even with the windows shut, though it wasn’t loud enough to stop me sleeping.

I spent a month here, and I wouldn’t return. The rooms are dusty all the time, and the hot water runs out every morning. At breakfast, the eggs are too watery and the bacon has a plasticky texture. Dinner was unpleasant too, because the restaurant had the most dislikeable old man I’ve ever met working there.

The reception team made me feel like a friend from the moment I arrived through to when I left. I appreciated their patience, cooperation, warm smiles, and willingness to help. Even when dealing with lots of visitors and pressure, they handled things professionally and seemed keen to satisfy everyone. The room was quiet and comfortable during my June stay, and the bar and coffee service was more than wonderful. I’d like to thank the management for choosing such a professional team.
