Parking worried us a bit in such a small town, but we found a spot near the hotel beside an ancient holy spring. The hotel is in Levo, close to Stresa and Lake Maggiore, and everything follows the same charming forest-elf theme. The rooms, courtyard, sauna, jacuzzi and little restaurant all feel distinctive. Breakfast was delicious, served by the friendly owner couple, who also greeted the guests. I recommend the hotel and Levo.

The bathroom was clean and the shower modern. We also found the fridge stocked and a lovely welcome pack with candy, coffee and other treats. There was so much that we left some behind because we didn't want to take advantage of her generosity. The hosts were wonderful, and she gave us useful tips, clearly keen to support the city by pointing us to local places. Highly recommend.

The apartment was spotless and well looked after. The owners were kind and helpful, and offered us aperitifs in the room along with a great breakfast. Thanks for everything.
