Nello and Franca were wonderful, welcoming hosts, and the apartment was spacious. From either side of the verandah there are lovely mountain views. It's close to the old town and lots of restaurants, and it has an elevator, which is very hard to find in Sulmona apartments. Highly recommended.

The location works well whether you're arriving by car or getting around on foot. Nello greeted us promptly and was available for our questions. We felt right at home at Il Gullo Verde, where the apartment was welcoming and very well maintained. Thanks for everything.
