Breakfast and dinner were always delicious and well prepared, and the hotel sits in a great spot on the Main Street, close to shops, churches, and restaurants. The place was beautiful, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Ari, Daniel, and Hanane were a delight to talk with and helped whenever we had questions. The staff went above and beyond for us every day. I highly recommend staying here!
Hanane, Daniel, and Ari made our time in Sulmona feel personal, and before long they felt like good friends. I'm genuinely sad to leave. This is a lovely place to stay in a beautiful city, and we had wonderful service.
The dinners were consistently well prepared, and the location makes you feel immersed in Sulmona and its culture. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Hannae, Daniel, and the rest of the crew were fantastic. A great hotel.
The bed was very comfortable, the mountain views were great, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. It was a good stay overall, with a handy location for walking to restaurants, nicely decorated rooms and lobby, and a pretty good breakfast buffet. The main problem was temperature control. There was no cool air conditioning, so sunny rooms could get warm, and when I tried to turn off the heat, the front desk had to do it. I should have been able to control my own room temperature. The shower was odd too: it looked good, but the water jets were clogged, and it seals you in without any ventilation, making it very hot.
Hanane, Daniel, and Ari make you feel like family, and the service is stellar. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was the best. A lovely hotel in a scenic small town. It's perfect, and I'll be back.
