Agriturismo Borgoluce

The hardest part was having to leave. We spent two weeks traveling around Italy, and although many of our stays were lovely, Borgoluce stood out for its beauty, warm hospitality, and thoughtfulness. I’m already planning to return to stay with Linda. Prosecco, Prosecco, Prosecco. DOCG or bust! The room had everything we needed, along with broad views over the countryside, and Linda and her staff went out of their way to make our time special. They arranged a lovely dinner at their Osteria, a full day of Prosecco tastings at their vineyard and others nearby, and farm tours. It all felt like a dream. Breakfast was incredible, with produce and products from the farms. There were baskets of hot bread and pastries, plus honey, fresh berries, preserves, cheese, yogurt, crisp breads, soft-boiled eggs cooked just right, cappuccinos made to order, and fresh farm milk. And that bread! At the end of the day we’d relax on the lawn with Prosecco and local charcuterie, while a breeze took the edge off the sun’s heat. Everything you might hope for in an Italian B&B on a vineyard came to life here. The welcome felt warm and genuine, and the whole stay was close to perfection.

A lovely base for exploring Veneto and, of course, the Prosecco hills 😉 The place itself is nice too.

A proper retreat: no phone signal, and horses right outside the bedroom. What a find!
