PHI Hotel Astoria

The breakfast was a highlight, with a generous spread of fresh, high-quality food to start the day. We also found the staff consistently kind and professional, with attentive service that covered our needs. Phi Hotel at Susegana offers a remarkably quiet, restful stay. Its panoramic views are breathtaking, and the peaceful setting pairs well with the high standard of hospitality. It’s a good choice for anyone seeking a calm stay, lovely views, and comfortable accommodation.

We chose Phi Hotel Astoria for our wedding in Susegana in September, and many of our guests stayed there too. The hotel is conveniently located near Castello San Salvatore and Cantina Collalto. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh, high-quality local products. The staff were attentive to little things during our stay, even setting up a small ironing station for guests. Before the wedding, they responded quickly to our requests, and arranging a block of rooms for our guests went smoothly. The service was outstanding.

We were just passing through for one night after a journey of more than 4,000 km with our two small children. A minor air-conditioning problem came up when we arrived, but the receptionist was very helpful and sorted it out quickly. I especially want to thank Antónia for her kindness and attentiveness at breakfast. We were tired, and she made the morning go smoothly and pleasantly. The restaurant beside the hotel was disappointing, though. We weren’t satisfied with either the service or the food’s taste.

We had such a good stay in this quiet, beautiful area among the vineyards. The location was just right, and with so few guests around, the peaceful atmosphere was especially nice. There’s a gym and comfortable indoor spaces for relaxing. The staff were kind and ready to help with any questions from the moment we arrived. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed breakfast every day.
