The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and reception was always helpful and smiling. I was surprised by the negative reviews: the website shows the rooms, so I don't understand complaints that they're dated when guests can see what they're booking. The hotel is in a perfect spot. We had a garden view, though I'd suggest booking an ocean view if you can.

It's ideally placed for getting around town. The two men at the front desk were so friendly, and one took the time to explain the town, including where to park, the stairs up to the top, and the cable car. Really helpful.

The location and cleanliness are a 10, but the room itself is more like a 3.5. The bathroom fan didn't work properly, which was a big drawback. If you're looking for a really good room, I wouldn't come here.

The balcony view was lovely, and the staff made us feel welcome. Our room was small but very clean. The hotel is right by the cable car, which makes it easy to reach Taormina, Mazzarò beach, and Isola Bella. We also used the hotel's paid parking nearby.

A simple place with a few breakfast options, and no complaints from me. It was great being so near the sea. Staff were very friendly, and reception was open around the clock. With a taxi stand and cable car right nearby, getting around was easy. The prices were very affordable too, so it felt like good value.
