NH Collection Taormina Hotel

After our Mt. Etna trip, Eleonora arranged a private session for us in the wet area of the spa. Earlier, when we arrived late, she had welcomed us warmly, suggested some great restaurants, and booked a table at one that turned out to be wonderful. She also organized a last minute excursion to Mt. Etna, which was a fabulous experience. We felt she gave us very special attention and wanted to recognize that. Giovanni was great as well, helping us sort out some logistics. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping was exceptional, coming in several times a day to straighten up and leave treats. Our room had everything we needed and was nice, though smaller than we're used to. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. One lovely woman even offered to mail my postcards home, since apparently that's not straightforward. The location was perfect for reaching the fun shopping and eating area below. We hope to come back and will definitely recommend the hotel.

Our room was upgraded when we arrived, and the service throughout made us feel like royalty. Angelo was constantly there with a smile and ready to help, while Alberto and Giovanni were both kind and informative. We came from another Taormina hotel and could compare the two, and this one blew us away. We'd stay again 100%. The hotel is updated and luxurious, and our suite had an enormous backyard with a private jacuzzi and lounger bed. Inside, the room was incredible, with a large deep bathtub and two sinks. The breakfast buffet was excellent and nicely priced. The service was on point the whole time. I have nothing bad to say. If you're deciding where to stay in Taormina, this is the place.

Clarissa and Alberto went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and everyone at the NH Taorimina was so friendly. The staff were truly exceptional, and we had a beautiful stay. Our room was fabulous, with a breathtaking view. Breakfast was a joy, with gorgeous food in a lovely setting. Thank you to everyone at the NH.
