The owner ruined our holiday. She was crazy. Avoid this place at all costs, and don’t trust the ratings.

Watching the video of our gender reveal a year later brought the memory back, so I wanted to leave a review. We found out that evening that our baby was a girl. The owners were so friendly, kind, and helpful, and really cared about their clients and whether they were happy. They helped us put together a complete event that still felt understated and elegant. The venue handled every detail and met our requests, even taking care of the fireworks themselves. The prices were reasonable, too. Congratulations!

I strongly advise against staying here. I spent three days at the hotel, and for me it was one of my most disappointing stays. The manager’s welcome felt unfriendly and sometimes aggressive. She seemed more focused on showing off the hotel’s technology than on treating guests with care and respect. When I said I knew the usual check-in procedures, she called me an “improvised manager” in a tone I took as mocking. It was disrespectful and inappropriate, especially since she knew nothing about my job or abilities. I reported problems in the room when we arrived, and those were fixed promptly. But there was no cleaning in the following days: the bed wasn’t made, the bathroom wasn’t sanitized, and the towels weren’t changed even though we had left them to be collected. I also saw the towels, including the bidet towels, simply rehung. I texted about this because no staff were present and got a reply that I found accusatory and unprofessional. I only later found out there had been a room swap, and no one apologized for the mix-up. When my husband and I asked for clean towels, the manager’s reaction seemed disproportionate to me. She was arrogant and aggressive, and even ordered us to leave. I found her behavior offensive and completely at odds with hospitality. In my view, technology and modernity mean nothing when hotel management lacks respect, politeness, and professionalism. Response to the hotel: My travel contract, which I have by email, was for a STANDARD room without breakfast, with daily room cleaning and towel changes every two days. You also wrote this in the WhatsApp chats, which I saved. We’ll discuss the other incidents, which were described falsely and offensively, in the appropriate forums. The location is convenient, close to the different services in San Vito, and the property met our expectations. The owner was very kind and helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. Automating some of the processes may feel unusual at first, but it’s easy to get used to and makes interacting with the place straightforward. An innovative hotel.
