I ordered a polo shirt on December 28, 2020, and by January 26, 2021, nothing had arrived. After I asked several times what was happening, they told me the manufacturer had ordered the wrong thing. They refunded me the value of a sweatshirt, worth just a few bucks, saying, “I won't charge you for this, but it's worth more than a refund.” Never again.
