A nice, clean place and a very good base for visiting the city.

There are several restaurants nearby, and the couple running the place are really friendly. They even brought breakfast almost to our bed this morning. After trying a few parking lots, I was glad I could leave my motorbike in the inner courtyard. Just keep in mind there's no elevator, so heavy luggage or limited mobility could make getting around difficult.

The room felt damp and was noisy, with grease everywhere. The sheets and pillowcase were stained; after I pointed this out, they were replaced with new ones that hadn't been washed. Breakfast was supposed to be at a partner café, but it was practically closed and there were no alternatives. I wouldn't stay here again.
