I really recommend this place. The flat is big and quiet, and Nicola is helpful and kind. He’s always there to support you. I’ve stayed several times for work and would come back again if I can.

Everything I needed was within walking distance, including a pharmacy, bar, greengrocer, and bakery, so I really liked the location. The house was spotless and fully equipped, and the owner was genuinely kind and available whenever needed. A pleasant stay, highly recommended. I’ll be back! Linda

The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean, with a calm, peaceful feel. I stayed for a week in July and was very happy with it. The owner was kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this B&B.

Mr. Nicola was available and extremely kind, even over the phone when I got in touch. Since there were no other guests the next day, he let us stay until the afternoon. The 110 square meter house was well ventilated and had every comfort, with nothing missing. It was impeccably clean, and we even found a new sponge in the shower, a detail I really appreciated. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended! 😃

The breakfast was nicely presented, with good products, lots of choice, and excellent fruit. The rooms were clean and charming, and the view from the 7th floor was beautiful. We happened upon this lovely B&B for a couple of days, and the calm, privacy, and relaxation made for a very pleasant stay. Courtesy and helpfulness are clearly part of the place. Mr. Nicola, the manager, was extremely helpful, humble, and attentive to the smallest details. His care and passion help make the atmosphere welcoming and well kept, and make guests feel at home. The owners’ dedication to hospitality shows. Other starred hotels could take it as an example. Definitely recommended. Pio Del Prete
