The price was excellent, and the owner made me feel completely at home. I stayed last night in a lovely room that was spotless, and the place was quiet. I'd happily recommend it ☺️

The rooms have always been clean and tidy whenever I've stayed, and the location works really well for me. The owner is kind and always willing to help with guests' requests. I keep choosing The Shelter when I come to Taranto, and if I'm back again, I'll naturally stay there. Recommended.

We were disappointed with our stay. Breakfast was almost nonexistent, cleaning was poor, and the car was parked on the street without supervision. Also, the bathroom is shared with other guests, something that should be made clear in the property description beforehand. I wouldn't recommend it.

Breakfast is a must here. The property feels brand new and is kept with real care, and the rooms are spacious. Pierluigi, the owner, was kind and helpful.
