The unit has three rooms, with a shared kitchen and living room. We were on the ground floor and used the kitchen, but hardly anyone else did, so it felt like our own space. Our room was quite large and had a nice shower. The waterfront is just minutes away, with lots of pizza and seafood restaurants within a five-minute walk. The only downside for us was needing to walk 10 minutes to reach a coffee shop, but we thought the room was terrific.

Great rooms, great location, and great hosts. The one catch is carrying a suitcase up the spiral staircase. I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly guests.
