The pool gave our international group a lovely place to relax and get to know one another. Some guests arrived a day early to enjoy the Italian sunshine, and people unwound there both on the wedding morning and the day after. It helped the celebration feel relaxed and brought everyone together. The venue, near the vineyards of northeast Italy where the hills rise toward the start of the Alps, was a beautiful backdrop. We knew from the moment we arrived that we’d picked the right place. There are around 30 rooms, rustic in style but very well maintained. Some are close to the festivities for guests who want to stay with the party, while others are tucked away for families with children or anyone wanting quiet. That thoughtful arrangement made a real difference. The restaurant served traditional Italian food with inventive touches, using seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs. Our guests enjoyed the many vegetarian and pescatarian choices, along with food corners offering local cheeses, meats, fish, and vegetarian dishes. The main courses were elegant, and people kept praising the range and quality. The team made planning a wedding abroad feel easy. Natascia, the owner and heart of the place, was also our wedding planner. She handled the flowers and bouquets, cake, fireworks for our first dance, and all the small details, and was a godsend. Salvatore and Laura took wonderful care of the catering through the day, while Jonny delighted everyone with his signature drinks. The whole staff were warm, attentive, and professional, and Natascia’s expertise and personal care brought our vision to life without the stress. We had the immense pleasure of celebrating our wedding at this breathtaking venue. The location, food, and service made it the perfect setting for the most unforgettable day of our lives. It’s a dream for a wedding in Italy, especially for couples coming from abroad, and we couldn’t recommend it more.

Ai Cadelach was the highlight of our 12 days traveling around Italy as a family. The staff were so friendly, the rooms really good, and breakfast amazing. I only wish we’d had longer to try the restaurant and enjoy the other facilities. Highly recommended.

Lovely Italian character in historic buildings, with comfortable, updated rooms. The property is quiet and private, yet vineyards and medieval town centers are very close by. We had delicious food and excellent staff, too. It’s a great setting for a destination wedding or a romantic escape, in beautiful surroundings.

The garden and location are fabulous, and the restaurant is beautiful. We ate delicious food at fair prices, though the menu could be much clearer. One night it listed only filet mignon, so we ordered potatoes as well. The plate came with three sauces, plenty of vegetables, and even a whole truffle. Nearly 800 grams of meat for two was far too much, and we couldn’t finish it. Wasting food feels wrong. The cheapest wine was €6 a glass, which seems steep when a whole bottle in town costs €2-3. A cheaper house wine would be welcome. Our standard room was very spacious, but really outdated. Breakfast was sadly boring. I know Italian breakfast differs from Swedish, but we stayed at lower-standard places in Italy with better breakfasts. More savory options, like scrambled eggs, would help. I’d still recommend the hotel because it’s beautiful and the setting is wonderful.
