The location was excellent, and the owner was kind and ready to help. Our two small apartments had kitchenettes and a smaller bedroom, and everything was comfortable and clean. There was an issue at checkout because our documents weren't returned, but the owner sorted it out right away and sent them by courier. Aside from that, I'd recommend staying here.

The tips Donatella gave us for meals and places to see were invaluable. She's a genuinely kind owner, and the place was impeccably clean and tidy. We also had a homemade dessert at breakfast, a lovely finishing touch. Definitely recommend it! 😊

We stayed here for two days shortly before New Year's Eve. It was easy to reach the city's attractions from this comfortable B&B, which is in the Sassi district. The accommodation had all the amenities we needed.

We loved the character of this place and how clean it was. The location was great too. Thanks, we'll be back.
