The house is only 20m from the train station, and when a heavy train went by at night, everything shook like an earthquake. On top of that, they disconnected the oven cable because we were using the oven to cook. A very bad experience.
A nice place.
It was quite clean, which was the one good point. The rest was a terrible experience. The place felt very old and badly maintained, and the bedspreads were shabbier than ones I've seen in a low-end dormitory. Basic things you'd expect in a serviced apartment were missing, starting with soap after the first day. Being so close to the station was impossible to ignore: passing trains set the rhythm day and night. Never again.
There are bars and places to eat lunch or dinner close by, and free parking right beside the residence. There's another free lot 300 meters away if you need it, plus a Coop supermarket 400 meters away. The owner is friendly and helpful, and has a nearby shop, no more than 500 meters away, with refills, printing, stationery, clothes, household goods, and a bit of everything. The rooms have air conditioning and a TV, and there's also a washing machine and a kitchen with an oven and coffee maker.
The staff are friendly and can sort out any problems. The place is clean and a great price. Highly recommend it.
