Lovely villa, and a great stay if you're after a cozy apartment near Terramo. The place is huge, well looked after, and breakfast is wonderful. Thank you.

Felice deserves a special thanks for being so available. The garden and patio are roomy, well kept, and open to guests, which made our stay really pleasant. Just outside Teramo, the place is quiet. We rented two adjoining apartments, one for six people across two very large bedrooms and another for two. Both were spacious, fully equipped, spotless, and carefully maintained. They’d both been recently renovated, including the showers, which have a chromotherapy feature. The rooms have air conditioning, good quality towels, and very comfortable beds and sofas.

Such a lovely, peaceful place, great for a short stay while exploring the area around Teramo, or just unwinding somewhere quiet. The train station is about five minutes away by car, so you do need a car to get there, at least on Sunday. I didn’t see any bus stops, but it’s worth it.

Great location and really spacious accommodation, with top service. Everything was super clean, and the price is affordable for everyone.
