The view of the Dolomites and the Alps was breathtaking, and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was so kind and looked after our room while we were out, making the beds and tidying up, then preparing a delicious breakfast every morning with a table full of good things. The rooms were comfortable, with a sofa and a double bed. The bathroom was disinfected, and everything was clean.

A family-run place with comfortable rooms and a really quiet feel. It's close to the center of Terlano, with Bolzano and Merano nearby too. The hotel restaurant is right across the way, and the food there is excellent.

We were warmly welcomed, and our group of four had booked two rooms that were a good size. The owner lovingly set the breakfast table each day, and breakfast was delicious. She was lovely to chat with and had great excursion tips. We used the playground and pool right outside. The Wi-Fi didn't reach our room, unfortunately, but sitting outside the front door to relax and get online worked perfectly well.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and took care of every request. It was quiet, with good connections, and everything was super clean. Thanks for a lovely stay. A small fridge in the room would be helpful.

The bus stops are only a few meters away, and from the balcony we could look out over the apple orchards. We got a super friendly welcome and good breakfast service. The rooms were beautiful and had balconies.
