Hotel Erica

I rarely write reviews, but I was really impressed by how thoughtful the staff were. When our child had a fever, the receptionist helped us find an open pharmacy after hours so we could get medicine. Everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful. Breakfast had a great range of high-quality food, and the rooms were clean and cosy. The spa has a hydromassage pool, several kinds of sauna, and a jacuzzi. There are also plenty of good hikes nearby. We followed the receptionist’s suggestion and were really happy with the hike and the view. 5/5, I'd go back.

The spa was amazing, and the staff there were so kind and welcoming. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, too. At breakfast, the chef made me feel welcome and even served me tacchino because I don't eat pork. Dinner was generous for the price, with lots of antipasto followed by a first course, second course, and dessert. The rooms were cleaned every day and were so spotless that it felt like checking in for the first time all over again. Prices aren't high compared with other places. I loved it! 🩷🩷🩷

We had such a memorable stay and will definitely be back to Hotel Erica. The pool was amazing, with heated indoor and outdoor pools, and breakfast was included. The food was great, too. The location is ideal if you want to explore the Alps. From our room, we could see the beautiful Alps, trees, and a peaceful stream. Incredible!

Chiara, who looks after the wellness center, gives lovely massages. I tried the Erica massage for my head and neck and found it really relaxing. We also had a couples massage with some adjustments, and Chiara was happy to accommodate changes to the massage options. I’d definitely recommend getting a massage here. The hotel is clean and beautiful, with very friendly staff, and the outdoor pool has a great mountain view. It’s a nice place to relax. The one reason I’m giving four stars is the food: the pastries were really nice, but the dishes weren’t very tasty.
