Andrea was easy to reach and very helpful when we needed to check in later than planned. The self check-in was quick and simple. Our room and bathroom were clean, the bathroom had been renovated nicely, and the beds, even the sofa bed, were comfortable. There's a shared kitchen too, and the area is quiet. Honestly, it was better than I expected.

The staff were trustworthy and cooperative, and the hotel is close to the train station, so it was easy to get to.

I stayed for one night. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. Excellent property.

We were comfortable here, and the staff were courteous and professional. The furnishings are simple, with clean lines, but everything is functional and well kept. It's handy for the town center and the train station, useful if you're heading to other Umbrian cities. There's a basic, practical kitchen for guests, a great trattoria just down the road, and a supermarket open on Sundays. My one regret is the sofa bed. Next time I'd give it the missing star if I found a third bed that wasn't uncomfortable. I do recommend the place.

What a nice surprise. The reception was warm and friendly, and the room was large and welcoming. The bed was comfortable but firm, and the big bathroom had its own heating. The towels were huge, soft, absorbent, and high quality. Everything was spotless. Definitely recommended.
