The kitchen, beds, bathroom, and shower were all fine. Wi-Fi was missing, though that didn’t bother us, and there was no air conditioning. It was acceptable.

We came across this apartment by chance and were pleasantly surprised. It was spotless and just right, in a quiet, peaceful area. The welcome was warm and friendly, and Marmore Falls is less than half an hour away. I’d definitely recommend it.

We picked this place mainly for Marmore, just 5-7 km away, and other sights like Lake Piediluco are similarly close. The owners or managers were helpful, and let us check in early without any fuss or advance notice. The apartments are new and well maintained, but they’re in a very large condominium that can be noisy. They’re on the ground floor with poor ventilation, and there’s no air conditioning or Wi-Fi, so during the hottest part of summer I wouldn’t manage more than two nights. In cooler seasons, that may be less of an issue. The property is far from Terni’s center, and getting around is difficult without a car. Terni itself is a small town with little to offer. The apartment is furnished, but some basics were missing, including salt and oil, which I’ve usually found in similar places. There were no tablecloths, and the one fan was wobbly and hard to point where you wanted. I’d suggest making those improvements, and I’m sure future guests would appreciate them.

The owner’s expertise, punctuality, and service were all top marks. My stay was very positive: the apartment was clean and conveniently located not far from either the city center or the train station.
