We got around Umbria by public transport, and this apartment worked really well for our week in Terni. The train and bus stations are close, as is the old town with its fascinating history. There’s a well-stocked supermarket directly opposite and a very good restaurant just around the corner. The apartment was comfortable and nicely presented for two, with lots of storage, good cooking facilities, and decent Wi-Fi. Our hosts were welcoming, helpful, and easy to reach, and getting in was straightforward. Definitely recommend it.

We only spent two nights here, and while we probably won’t be back in Terni anytime soon, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and have plenty of comfortable furniture and supplies. The bathroom was large and clean, and the kitchen spotless, with a nice range of dishes and cutlery. Everything was excellent.

Clean, really comfortable, and close to the train station. A great place and definitely worth the price.

We liked being right in the center, with free parking, restaurants, bars, and shops easy to reach. What we didn’t like was not being told the facade was being renovated. Workers on the scaffolding and loud noise woke us early, and we couldn’t raise the shutters or open the windows. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom. There was also no iron, microwave, washing machine, and so on.

I was there for a four-day business trip and am giving five stars because it’s almost perfect. A few small additions would help: there was no tablecloth or dishcloth, and no shower gel. The dispenser is fixed to the sink wall, so it can’t be used in the shower, which also had no non-slip mat. Kitchen supplies were a bit limited too, and a ladle would be useful.
